Halloween & Party Expo
The Halloween & Party Expo is produced by Urban Expositions and HIA (Halloween Industry Association. It is taking place in 2016 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, New Orleans, LA. The show offers a venue for vendors in gain exposure to a worldwide audience of influential buyers in the Halloween, costume and party industries. Educational programs and special events included.
Halloween Industry Association (HIA)
HIA is an organization to promote and build the celebration of Halloween in the United States. HIA puts on a trade show in early December in NYC. The HIA represents businesses involved in the manufacturing, importing and distribution of Halloween products.
National Costumers Association (NCA)
The NCA is a professional organization promoting the artistic, historical, educational and social nature of costuming, and the maintaining of ethical business standards. NCA is a group of costume shops, retail stores, costume professionals, manufacturers and whole-salers dedicated to promoting the costuming industry and increasing profits for their members. The 88th Annual National Costumers Association Convention will be held July 10-13, 2015 in Branson, MO.
Paper First Affiliates (PFA)
PFA is a partnership of independent party store owners and their preferred suppliers. It is the power of store owners joining forces to save money, create marketing programs, share ideas, and remain competitive with the industry.
Party Club of America, LLC
Party Club of America is the largest buying group of independently owned party stores. Specialty Trade Shows
Specialty Trade Shows is a small boutique type company that specializes in trade shows for unique segments of the apparel industry. The Las Vegas Halloween Show and the Las Vegas International Lingerie Show are two of the company’s offerings. Next show will take place April 4th -6th 2016 at the Rio Hotel in Las Vegas.
TransWorld Exhibits, Inc.
TransWorld Exhibits is one of the largest independent tradeshow producers in the US. TransWorld organizes the Halloween and Attractions Show one of the world’s premiere events devoted to the haunt industry. This show takes place March 17-20th 2016 at America’s Center, St. Louis, MO.
HAuNTcon is an acronym for the Haunted Attraction National Tradeshow and Conference, an expo and convention “Designed by Haunters, for Haunters” of every age and level of experience. HAuNTcon brings people who love Haunted Houses, Halloween and scaring people together for a fun-filled four days and nights Haunt Tours, Education, Tradeshow and Networking, rounded out by a Haunted Garage Sale and the amazing annual Costume Ball. Upcoming show is Jan. 27 – Feb. 1st 2016.
Chicago Frights brings together people of every age and level of experience who love Haunted Houses, Halloween and scaring people. Chicago Frights offers four days and nights of preview tours of area haunted houses, over 40 hours of frightful education, a dealers’ room full of makeup, masks, costumes, props, haunting equipment and services, plus networking opportunities like the Hearse Show and annual Costume Party. The next show takes place July 16-19th 2015.
ScareLA premiered in 2013 as the first Los Angeles convention dedicated to celebrating Halloween. Drawing fans and haunt entertainment professionals, the event features top attraction designers and operators, manufacturers, artists, filmmakers and more. The weekend-long Halloween season teaser celebrates California’s hottest scary faire with attraction unveils, workshops and classes, top industry panels, haunt tours, screenings and activities.
Midwest Haunters Convention
The Midwest Haunters Convention prides itself on serving haunted attraction industry professionals, home haunters, and enthusiasts. Open to the public, the MHC features a tradeshow, education, chartered bus tours and entertainment; and it returns to Columbus, Ohio.
