Next year marks the start of a new collaborative relationship between Halloween & Party Expo and ScareLA, the comprehensive consumer event for Halloween.
In an announcement earlier this summer, management of the two events revealed plans to share industry insight and join forces on content development for their respective shows. The objective: to enhance customer experience, enable growth and innovation, and deliver even better value across the industry as leaders in Halloween business-to-business and business-to-consumer events, respectively.
“We continually look for new opportunities that align with our goal of being the most comprehensive event for the business- to-business Halloween community,” noted Mike Carlucci, senior vice president, specialty shows at Urban Expositions, which produces and manages Halloween & Party Expo. “The partnership with ScareLA is a perfect example of that.”
Lora Ivanova, founder and CEO, ScareLA, called this development “particularly important,” adding that it represents a milestone for the Halloween industry in the U.S. and beyond. “By leveraging our respective professional and consumer audiences, we are now positioned better than ever to identify trends, foster innovation, and produce exceptional experiences,” she observed.
Looking ahead to the upcoming Halloween & Party Expo in January of 2017, the event will feature special buyer and exhibitor programs for industry professionals who attended ScareLA this past month. The event will also introduce exciting new at-show experiences said to be reflective of the hottest trends hitting the industry. Additional details will be released in the upcoming months.
